After sales service
The engineering department and the after-sales service are at the constant disposal of our customers: from the initial layout in the drawings to the assembling completion. In addition, our international and diverse sales team will ensure effective communication. We guarantee the quality of our products at all stages of their production and delivery, as we are guided by both our own quality management program and quality control procedures in accordance with the international standards. All of our granaries are equipped with a CNC (Numerical Control) system, which allows us to guarantee accuracy and compliance with the high quality standards.
BelSilo has a special industrial safety license. We provide a full range of services for maintaining grain storage complexes.
For the facilities that are at a significant distance from us, we offer a remote monitoring service. This service is possible due to fully automated grain drying and storage processes. The automation system is a unique development of BelSilo specialists with full visualization of the entire technological process. The system makes it possible to control the elevator by just one operator. And we, in our turn, if necessary, connect to the system via the Internet and make all the necessary modifications.
BelSilo will do for you: the full cycle of the installation and building process, commission equipment, train personnel, provide technical and service maintenance.

This program works for foreign customers, where the transaction amount under the contract is at least 200 thousand US dollars. The term of the credit line for financing large investment projects can be up to 10 years (financing up to 85% of the export contract). Interesting? Click for more details.

Promagroleasing
Within the framework of this program, both Customers from the Republic of Belarus and our foreign partners can be financed.
For residents of the Republic of Belarus, a credit line is opened in Belarusian rubles for up to 8 years.
Non-resident companies can count on a loan in foreign currency (Euro, US dollars, Russian rubles) for up to 7 years.
